I am currently a marketing intern at a local real estate company named 512 Realty. I manage the social media sites through the online program, Hootsuite. In analyzing the intended audience and their online trends, I have been able to extend the reach of our Facebook posts by roughly 30%. In addition to my work with social media, I create Excel spreadsheets in order to make comparative analyses. I work collaboratively with a team to address issues with disgruntled tenants, complete the application processes, and increase tenant retention rates.
I worked as a secretary at Smiles of Las Colinas Dentistry for several years. I was primary mean of communication between the patients and the company, often having to deal with high-stress situations. I was also responsible for creating treatment plans, evaluating their associated costs, and explaining patient responsibility in simple terms. I handled payments through cash, credit cards, and checks, and reflected the proper balances in their respective accounts.
I was hired to work as a hospitality agent during the HP Byron Nelson PGA tournament in 2012, and was invited back the following year in 2013. After the first day of working the tournament, I was recognized for my hard-work and promoted to the HP Villa. I would frequently go beyond what was expected of me to amplify customer satisfaction.
