Travel
I have an insatiable desire for adventure and to understand other cultures. I have already explored various parts of Mexico, the Bahamas, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, France, and London, which have fueled my desire to continue to travel. I currently have plans to travel to Brazil and Denmark in the near future. The above picture was taken in Lujan, Argentina.
My passion for traveling is an important in defining who I am. I hope to participate in a study abroad program in Ghana in May of 2015, where I will conduct a research project on the local nonprofits and the ways in which they benefit from international funding. Soccer
My mother always claims that I was born with a soccer ball in hand, and was fortunate enough to play for both a club and high school team. My competitive spirit can be partly attributed to my dedication to soccer. Growing up watching the World Cup in Argentina, I naturally became a die hard international soccer fan. I love watching my teams, Argentina and the United States, play; I can only hope that the two do not have to play each other in the upcoming 2014 World Cup.
